Policies & General Information
Anyone under 18 must have a letter of consent from parent or guardian to book an appointment or receive services. Here at Zana we love children, however children are not always conducive to the relaxing environment our clients have come to expect and enjoy. We do not permit children under 10 unless they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
We recommend making reservations two to four weeks in advance to assure desired times. We require a major credit card for group bookings as well as spa packages. If you have a preference of a staff member, please make sure to state your preference when making your appointment. If you have any special needs or requirements, please let us know how we can make you more comfortable in any way during your appointment.
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Opened merchandise may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Gift Cards / Certificates are non-refundable. Please refer to the card holder agreement on the back of your gift card.
All prices exclude applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel any appointment. A 48-hour notice is required for packages, multiple services or groups. There will be a 50% charge for late cancelation and a 100% charge for no shows. Appointments booked within 24 hours are 100% the responsibility of the client.
Arrival & Check-In
Appointments begin promptly, please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment as you will be required to complete a case history profile and release form that will allow our service providers to be aware of any medical needs or conditions and ensure you enjoy the Zana experience.
We regret that late arrivals will result in shortened appointments.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages, however, at your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by Zana staff. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out. The industry standard ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee.
You are invited to enjoy our spa facility. This includes relaxing lounge areas, complimentary beverages, fruits and snacks. Private lockers, robes, slippers, personal amenities are offered for use with spa services.
To keep the tranquility of Zana Day Spa, only clients are permitted in the treatment areas and respectfully ask our guests to refrain from using cell phones and pagers.
What to Wear
We have changing areas with lockers for your personal belongings. We provide robes, slippers and any other necessary spa apparel for use in the spa. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal property.
A gift card can be used for any of our services or products and may be purchased over the phone, online or in person. The Gift Cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Gift Cards are not valid towards the purchase of another gift card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given for unused balance. The value of the gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
